- My saber or prop isn't working, what do I do?
Sabers:
There are many reasons a saber could be faulty. More often than not, it is something simple. Please follow the steps below to fault check your saber.
Please note my terms and conditions. Any modifications (or attempts to repair) more than basic fault checks will void your warranty.
1. Re-insert the kill key and remove again.
2. For sabers with sound, check that the SD card hasn't come unset from the board. (Please insert the kill key BEFORE removing the SD card).
3. Fully charge your saber using the correct charger.
If the above steps to do not work, please get in touch below and I will be happy to help.
Blasters/Electronic Props:
If you encounter any electrical faults with props I have wired or installed, please complete the steps below in case the problem is something that is easily solved.
1. Re-insert the kill key and remove again. If your prop does not have a kill key, remove and re-insert the correct charging cable.
2. Fully charge your blaster/prop using the correct charger.
If the above steps to do not work, please get in touch below and I will be happy to help.
Please note, I have a minimum of 1 hour repair fees for non-warranty work.
