Citizen - NeoPixel Smoothswing Lightsaber
The shape of the hilt was loosely inspired by Ahsoka's clone wars hilts, but has taken further inspiration from myself to have more industrial elements.
I wanted the hilt to have a detailed look but keeping somewhere close enough to the prequel simplicity to be believable.
The full hilt when installed still feels incredibly light and fun to swing around.
Hilt: Custom machined original design.
Board: Golden Harvest V3
Chassis: KCP custom design.
Connector: Shtok V3 Neo pixel connector, long pins.
Blade Holder: 1 inch ID
Blade Plug: 1 inch, included.
Blade/Plug retention: Thumbscrew
Switch: One Replicas low profile dual switch box.
Battery/Charging: 18650 3.7V protected battery w’ 2.1mm recharge port. Non removable battery.
Weathering: Light weathering and polish.
Extra details: The hilt features a twist and lock pommel, which removes over the chassis area for SD card access if required.
Speaker: 1 inch KR Sabers Bass Speaker.
Combat rating: Neo pixel compatible, but hilt suited only for light sparring.
Charger and blade not included. ONLY to be charged with a 3.7V Li-ion smart charger. Use of any other charger will void warranty.
