Demolisher - (empty lightsaber)
This hilt is a bit larger than Mt usual hilts, at 14.5 inches end to end. It utilises a vintage shell casing as the pommel cap, which removes with a J lock mechanism.
The hilt features a removable switch plate with 2 momentary switches.
A brass spine runs all the way up the back of the hilt. It has stainless steel detail rods embedded within it and rounded curves for ergonomics.
A large shroud with an abstract etch covers the whole upper body and various screw and brass greeblies add further detail.
A crystal chamber can be machined for this hilt if so desired for an extra small fee.

Blade Plug: Included/custom using Damascus steel.
Blade/Plug retention: M4 grub screw
Switches: 2 x 5mm momentary tactile
Weathering: Medium (with polish)
