The first of the Fallens is completed!
There are a few variants based upon customer request, but this is the main and standard design. These hilts are entirely scratch made by myself, as always.
Details from top to bottom as follows.
- Real Stainless Steel shrouds. There were tough to make, but I'm so glad I took the extra time to do so. They are heat treated and have an authentic heat blue stain.
- 7/8 inch blade socket.
- Fully detailed brass crystal chamber. The chamber features a real quartz crystal with mounting spots for neopixel accents.
- Brass switch box with 2 domed actuator switches.
- Knurled grip with 1 inch ID.
- Low profile sound vented pommel with 28mm space inside for a speaker.
The screws I have used on this are security screws which look much more in universe than our standard earth based socket heads. Another nice addition I'm really happy with.

Previous Fallen style hilts.

I have made several hilts of this style before, since the Fallen order game released. It's one of my favourite designs.

The joy of making sabers from scratch is being able to put your own spin on them.

The 4 hilts to the left are examples of my previous variants.

The new hilts will have elements of all of these styles.

Etching will be optional, as will the pommel styles, but they will all be threaded and included exposed crystal chambers.
